ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and individual NPI number TX state license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date) Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings Experience conducting assessments Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations

Provide remote speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population Diagnose and develop care plans using Expressable’s custom technology platform and clinical tools Deliver care focused on measurable outcomes, caregiver education, and engagement Complete all documentation accurately and on time in accordance with quality standards Maintain active participation in required trainings, communications, and compliance tasks Provide coverage for PTO and sick leave to ensure care continuity
