FleetShare Operations Specialist (Texas)

Proven experience in managing deadlines and providing feedback on trends and customer challenges. Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Maintain a satisfactory driving record and remain insurable by the company. Cooperate in completing motor vehicle check authorizations. Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. Aptitude to learn FleetShare fleet management system (Agile/TSD), CRM (Salesforce), and LeaseWave. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with telematics software is a plus. Comfortable working on feet for extended periods. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Serve as primary contact for FleetShare locations and conduct site visits. Act as a subject matter expert and share consultative information. Facilitate documentation for new/renewing users. Conduct inspections for new vehicles. Manage rental-related inquiries (repairs, billing, registration, technology access). Build and maintain relationships with key onsite contacts. Manage usage to increase utilization and income. Facilitate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and registrations. Provide KPI reporting. Coordinate vehicle movements and material shipments. Handle billing for charges. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams. Troubleshoot product technology onsite. Take on additional projects. Use personal vehicle for travel within Texas with reimbursement.
