Proven experience in managing deadlines and providing feedback on trends and customer challenges. Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. Aptitude to learn FleetShare fleet management system (Agile/TSD), CRM (Salesforce), and LeaseWave. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with telematics software is a plus. Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Work is primarily conducted outdoors in varying weather conditions. Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to complete tasks. Bachelor's degree preferred.
