Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills. Aptitude to learn FleetShare fleet management system, CRM (Salesforce), and LeaseWave. Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with telematics software is a plus. Must be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods. Work is primarily conducted outdoors in varying weather conditions. Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching to complete tasks.
