Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a goal-oriented sales position
- Good German and English language skills
- Experience in a complex sales environment
- Experience in approaching C-level executives regarding a transition
- Experience in managing a monthly or annual pipeline and creating accurate forecasts
- Proven over-fulfillment of monthly and annual targets
- Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method (e.g., Sandler)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan for own region
- Prospect new leads through inbound and own leads
- Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department heads
- Close new business and renewals with a monthly quota or above
- Sell through internal champions to various stakeholders and directly to the executive floor
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to further develop HubSpot's sales strategy for new features and products
- Conduct online or in-person demonstrations of our products
