Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a goal-oriented sales position
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Experience in a complex sales environment
  • Experience in approaching C-level executives regarding a transition
  • Experience in managing a monthly or annual pipeline and creating accurate forecasts
  • Proven over-fulfillment of monthly and annual targets
  • Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales method (e.g., Sandler)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage an annual, quarterly, and monthly business plan for own region
  • Prospect new leads through inbound and own leads
  • Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department heads
  • Close new business and renewals with a monthly quota or above
  • Sell through internal champions to various stakeholders and directly to the executive floor
  • Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to further develop HubSpot's sales strategy for new features and products
  • Conduct online or in-person demonstrations of our products
