Requirements:
10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience Deep expertise in major gifts and donor acquisition and retention strategies Proven track record successfully cultivating, soliciting, and closing multi-tier donors Exceptional communication skills Proficiency with fundraising CRMs (Salesforce is preferred) Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and MacOS Experience in social-justice-aligned 501(c)(3)/501(c)(4) organizations and/or membership networks is strongly preferred
