About Women Donors Network

Women Donors Network (WDN) and Women Donors Action (WDA) are pioneering justice. We mobilize women, nonbinary, and gender-expansive individuals to advance gender, racial, economic, and climate justice. As a growing multiracial and multigenerational community, we connect, fund, and act in solidarity with social movements. In 2024, our grantmaking supported 142 organizations, with WDA allocating $10.5 million to advocacy. WDN members collectively contribute over $175 million annually to progressive causes, shaping policy and possibilities. Join us to transform systems and create a just, sustainable world.

How We Work

We operate as a geographically distributed, remote team of 27 employees. Our shared staffing structure across WDN and WDA means you dedicate time to both entities. We foster a culture rooted in courage, commitment, curiosity, accountability, hope, and joy. You will find an inclusive environment that values diverse intersectional identities. We strongly encourage applications from historically excluded communities. This remote role involves regular travel for meetings, member visits, and team retreats. You should thrive working across US time zones and demonstrate comfort with remote collaboration.
