- Serve as the primary People Operations partner for assigned ambulatory surgery centers, building trusted relationships with center leaders and team members.
- Partner with leadership teams to support team member engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Support employees and managers through organizational change, helping create a positive and consistent experience during periods of growth and transition.
- Partner with leaders to strengthen manager capability through coaching, feedback, and practical tools that enable effective people leadership.
- Provide guidance related to compensation practices, benefits, HR policies, and employee programs while ensuring consistent application of Compass standards.
- Maintain appropriate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance standards when handling sensitive employee matters.
