Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate/business development, healthcare strategy, or M&A.
- Demonstrated success originating, structuring, and closing complex healthcare partnerships or joint ventures.
- Experience building trusted relationships with physician owners, health system executives, and governing boards.
- Executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of ASC operations, physician practice dynamics, and healthcare finance.
- High level of financial and business acumen to evaluate partnership economics and market data.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA preferred.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in private equity-backed healthcare and established ASC industry networks preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value ambulatory surgery center partnership opportunities.
- Develop strategic outreach plans targeting physician groups, health systems, and other key referral sources.
- Identify and prioritize new market opportunities using data-driven analysis of demographics and competitive dynamics.
- Establish trust-based relationships with physician owners, practice leaders, and hospital executives.
- Originate, structure, negotiate, and close complex joint venture opportunities.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain momentum throughout transaction cycles.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure compliant and successful deal execution.
