Stream Restoration Engineer/Designer - REMOTE

B.S. degree in engineering or M.S. degree with relevant experience. 5-10+ years of project-related environmental experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Expert knowledge of project management and stream restoration design. Proficient in computer-based data analysis and design. Excellent communication, technical writing, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and analytical skills. Ability to interact with senior-level client management. Rosgen Level I-IV training and experience in stream restoration design.

Provide technical advisement and oversight on complex environmental projects. Ensure compliance with regulations and project management standards. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders. Mentor junior engineering staff. Serve as an expert witness in legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Provide final technical review and approval of project documents. Develop new client relations and identify future opportunities. Champion continuous technical improvement initiatives.
