- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer experience, specifically within payments.
- A self-starter who has a detective-ish streak and a hunger for answers.
- High attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
- A highly curious individual who wants to get to the source of anything even the least bit fishy.
- Experience working with payment gateways, acquirers, or processors.
- Familiarity with fraud detection systems and chargeback management tools.
- Reconcile payout settlements, chargebacks, and disputes, identifying and resolving customer issues and inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive support to both Heroes and internal teams regarding payment inquiries and issues.
- Ensure that a white glove customer experience is provided to our Heroes while still protecting Kajabi’s financial interests.
- Monitor and analyze daily transaction activity.
- Refine and adapt approaches to ever-evolving trends in order to protect the company against risk posed by operations and subscriber activity.
- Complete Hero Risk Assessments & Risk Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules as well as mitigate fraud & credit risk.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
