  • Reconcile payout settlements, chargebacks, and disputes, identifying and resolving customer issues and inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive support to both Heroes and internal teams regarding payment inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure that a white glove customer experience is provided to our Heroes while still protecting Kajabi’s financial interests.
  • Monitor and analyze daily transaction activity.
  • Refine and adapt approaches to ever-evolving trends in order to protect the company against risk posed by operations and subscriber activity.
  • Complete Hero Risk Assessments & Risk Reviews as necessary to ensure compliance with card brand rules as well as mitigate fraud & credit risk.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
