Principal Product Manager - REMOTE

8+ years of experience in product management. At least 3 years in a principal or equivalent leadership role. Proven experience building and managing SaaS products in the U.S. federal technology marketplace. Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks including FedRAMP and DoD Impact Level Authorization process. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong business acumen. Expertise in product management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Lean, and OKRs. Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in tools like Tableau and SQL. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Deep passion for innovation and commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance if required.

Support long-term vision and strategy for the product portfolio. Lead strategic initiatives, including market expansion and platform innovation. Anticipate market trends and identify disruptive opportunities. Manage development and execution of multiple product roadmaps. Ensure portfolio alignment with organizational goals. Monitor product development for compliance. Drive alignment and collaboration across teams. Act as the ultimate decision-maker for trade-offs. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends. Establish and refine metrics to measure product performance. Present product strategies and outcomes to executive leadership.
