Staff Product Designer, Clinical Experience

8+ years of experience in consumer product design, working as part of a product team in an agile environment. Previous experience designing AI tools and recommendation experiences. An outstanding portfolio of award-winning design for consumer and enterprise products that showcase attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, and visual design. Highly proficient with current design and prototyping tools (Figma, Photoshop, gen-AI, etc.). Excellent visual design craft. Excellent communication skills. Prior experience working in healthcare designing solutions for doctors and medical professionals.

Define and design the provider application (EMR) and experience in partnership with product management, engineering, and design leadership. Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. Lead and conduct user research and data analysis. Work within and contribute to the Design System. Share and present work cross-functionally to senior stakeholders/leadership. Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design thinking exercises. Drive the adoption of user-centered processes, methodologies, and tools.
