Senior Product Manager, Automation

4+ years of product management experience on fast-moving, consumer-obsessed teams Independently authored and executed on a multi-quarter roadmap Rigorous and analytical problem solving Well structured, concise, and highly effective communication Ownership and growth mindset Experience building products in fintech or consumer lending (preferred) Experience with KYC/KYB or verifications, especially with AI automation (preferred) Experience with cost optimization, vendor negotiation, and/or process design (preferred)

Understand needs of borrowers, Operations teams, and capital partners Define strategy to improve borrower experience and reduce business costs Partner with engineering, design, product leaders, legal, operations, analytics, and compliance to gather requirements Identify, track, and obsess over process efficiency metrics
