Leverage AI-driven insights for predictive scoring, personalization, and campaign optimization. Establish a testing framework for campaigns, journeys, and audiences (A/B, multivariate). Report on email performance, funnel metrics, and campaign contribution to pipeline. Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and global privacy standards. Lead deliverability, sender reputation, and domain authentication. Manage subscription preferences, consent management, and database quality.
