Own the logged-out experience: homepage, category pages, landing pages, PDPs, and onboarding flows. Build a structured A/B and multivariate testing practice. Partner with Product to instrument the site and ensure clean data. Collaborate with Brand/Content on site messaging. Architect a holistic lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push, and in-product messaging. Stand up and/or expand lifecycle platforms. Build segmentation, triggers, drip flows, and personalization frameworks. Own core LTV and Retention KPIs. Build dashboards and measurement frameworks to quantify engagement health. Partner with Data Science to develop LTV models. Bring insights back to Marketing, Product, and Clinical Ops. Own the end-to-end patient journey map. Identify behavioral drop-offs and friction points. Partner with Brand, Content, and Category teams on patient messaging. Work seamlessly with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering. Influence the product roadmap with insights. Manage two high performing lifecycle marketers and look to hire support for the site.
