Requirements:
15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience 8–10+ years in senior management roles Proven track record in B2B demand generation and brand building within global organizations Fintech, SaaS infrastructure, payments, brokerage, or financial services experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of B2B and B2B2C growth motions, enterprise buyer psychology, and API-driven adoption cycles Proven ability to drive growth through creative strategy and organic levers Collaborative leader with a proven ability to mentor global teams Exceptional storyteller who can translate technical products into compelling narratives Experience recruiting, coaching, and scaling high-performing marketing functions Mastery of Enterprise Marketing (long sales cycles, ABM, high-contract-value decisions) Advanced knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and modern content distribution Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to make ROI-driven decisions Results-driven with a passion for innovation and "scrappy" enterprise experimentation Comfortable operating in a high-velocity, high-ambiguity environment Global mindset with cultural fluency across North America, MENA, APAC, and LATAM
Responsibilities:
Build and scale the global marketing function Design and operationalize a unified marketing strategy Develop and execute multi-channel B2B and B2B2C campaigns Set and elevate Alpaca’s global brand narrative Create a world-class content engine Own Alpaca’s GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy Champion a culture of experimentation and analytics Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Regulatory teams Own the strategy and execution for Alpaca’s global event footprint Work in lockstep with the Head of Communications to maximize PR and earned media efforts
