Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Management, or related field. 2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or administrative roles. Strong familiarity with commercial furniture products and specification processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Exposure to interior design and specification software (e.g., Khameleon, Project Spec, CAP Studio, Configura). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage quotations from manufacturers and dealers. Ensure pricing accuracy and assist in preparing cost summaries. Coordinate with vendor representatives for product and pricing information. Maintain organized project documentation. Prepare and manage project schedules and communications. Act as a contact for product availability and order status. Communicate with clients, account managers, and vendors. Support responses to RFIs and scope changes.
