Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests
- Familiarity with SaaS, e-commerce, or digital product environments
- Proficiency in GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely
- Native/Bilingual French and Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Assess, refine, and launch offer-market fit
- Architect and oversee funnel and campaign implementation
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and hunt for friction points
- Explore and scale new acquisition channels
- Design and optimize growth loops
- Manage and mentor the Growth team
- Ensure sales alignment and prioritize high-intent leads
