4-7 years of Engineering Management experience Recent (within 5 years) hands-on engineering experience in TypeScript / JavaScript, Python or Go Background in B2B SaaS product development Demonstrated interest in AI/ML Experience working directly with AI products Strong communication skills and leadership presence in a distributed team

Lead a cross-functional AI product engineering team Drive technical direction and product evolution for the AI stack Interface with AI Research and Model Training teams Oversee infrastructure, on-call rotations, and operational processes Contribute 50% of time to hands-on engineering (writing evals, testing, debugging, inference stack development)
