6+ years of software development experience across frontend, backend, and mobile 2+ years of proven experience leading and managing engineering teams Strong project and development management skills using Jira, Kanban, and Agile methodologies Experience with metrics and KPI tracking Excellent leadership and communication skills Demonstrated success building and maintaining positive team culture Technical expertise in mobile development technologies including Flutter/Dart or other cross-platforms, native platforms, AWS backend services, CI/CD pipelines, and modern architecture patterns Passion for people development
