2+ years in marketing automation / lifecycle marketing Proven ownership of end-to-end automation systems Hands-on experience with platforms such as: Active Campaign, HubSpot, Brevo, Klaviyo, Marketo, or similar Strong execution mindset with commercial accountability Comfortable operating at both strategy and execution level B2B, life sciences, biotech, or technical product experience (desirable) Experience working closely with Sales and CRM pipelines (desirable) Understanding of long sales cycles and repeat purchasing (desirable) Experience managing GDPR-compliant global audiences (desirable)
