Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in educational sales, business development, or related roles Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold outreach, and closing deals Deep knowledge of structured literacy, the Science of Reading, and math pedagogy Experience with Multilingual Learners and a strong understanding of urban school systems A commitment to CORE’s mission and values A learning mindset and dedication to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practice Expertise in structured literacy, language acquisition, and pedagogy Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering keynotes or conference sessions Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote team Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills Ability to manage complex sales processes and foster long-term client partnerships
