Demonstrated experience with SFDC, CPQ, and Microsoft/Google suite. Experience in Data Operations, Revenue/Sales/Customer Success operations/analytics, Deal Desk, or Order Management. Experience within Enterprise, SaaS, or high-tech companies is ideal. Operationally minded with ability to learn systems and apply technology to processes. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests. Assertiveness and ability to navigate ambiguity by forming and testing hypotheses. Focus on simplifying complex solutions and processes. Excellent attention to detail. Bachelor's degree required.
