Bachelor’s degree + in related field 5+ years of Revenue or Sales Operations (or related discipline) 3+ years of Salesforce Platform experience (hands-on configuration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, certifications required) Strong leadership skills Proven ability to facilitate cross-functionally Proven project management, organization, and communication skills Strong knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodologies Experience using Jira or similar tools Demonstrated business process innovation and continuous improvement mindset Strong analytical and problem solving skills
