5-7+ years in GTM Ops or Revenue Ops roles Proven record of cross-functional collaboration Experience leading compensation planning and revenue forecasting Experience in high-growth B2B companies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of customer success processes Hands-on fluency with Salesforce & other GTM platforms Familiarity with customer success teams and KPIs Advanced analytical skills
