Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience Minimum 2 years of people management experience Strong knowledge of US GAAP Proven ability to manage a full-cycle month-end close process Highly organized and detail-oriented Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, curious self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement and process automation Experience with administration and/or integrations of financial software/ERP systems
Responsibilities:
Manage accounting and financial operations (AP, reimbursements, vendor renewals) Lead financial close process in accordance with US GAAP Supervise Accounting team and support career development Review general ledger account reconciliations Facilitate balance sheet and income statement flux analyses Lead preparation of annual expense budgets Review budget vs actual analyses for departmental expenses Lead annual financial audit and liaise with external auditors Identify and evaluate technology for automation Own administration and maintenance of financial systems
