7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google. Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance. Proven experience driving measurable business impact — increasing revenue, ROAS, or conversion rates through creative testing, production, and optimization. Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, testing, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Replicate, Lovable, etc.). Proven experience managing a creative team delivering high-volume, high-performance assets. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Creative intuition + data mindset — you know how to balance storytelling with performance. Experience working with design teams, video editors, and performance marketers.
