Own customer success from launch, adoption, to ongoing growth. Act as coach, project manager, consultant, and product specialist for customers. Train and roll out end users for onboarding. Assist with pre-sales pilots. Work with executive contacts to plan additional adoption. Ensure customers see impact and renew with Clearstory. Create department playbooks and guides for team scaling. Cross-functional work with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. Participate in strategy meetings to review Customer Success targets and metrics. Engage in feature request review cycles with the Product team. Conduct new product feature demos. Sync up with Sales for onboarding planning and customer issue resolution.
