Requirements:
Experience in the construction industry as a General Contractor PM or PE Commercial construction experience at a general contractor is a requirement Business Development / sales experience is a huge plus Ability to lead strategically and inspire the team Extremely detail-oriented and able to get into the weeds Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to collaborate with Senior Post-Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams Ability to influence and challenge conventional wisdom 4+ years of relevant industry or role experience Proven track record of demonstrated ability to project manage and create relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
Own customer success from launch to ongoing growth Train and roll out end users for onboarding Assist with pre-sales pilots Work with executive contacts to plan additional adoption Ensure customers see impact and renew Create department playbooks and guides Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams Participate in strategy meetings to review Customer Success targets and metrics Review feature requests with Product team Provide new product feature demos Sync with Sales to plan onboardings and deal with customer issues
