Build and improve features that speed up a developer's work aligning on designs and then converting those designs to production code Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch Collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, and Product Leadership Prioritize opportunities based on user insights, data, and business objectives Apply emerging technologies (e.g. LLMs) where they can meaningfully improve user experience and outcomes Partner with other Figma product teams to unblock developer value across Figma
