Requirements:
Licensed clinician (e.g., MD, DO, NP, PA, or other relevant advanced practice provider) with current, unrestricted license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Occupational or preventive medicine background strongly preferred Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in occupational health, employee medical programs, or large-scale clinical operations Prior federal or law enforcement occupational health experience preferred Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or nationwide provider networks, including credentialing, quality assurance, and performance management Familiarity with JCAHO, ACOEM, OSHA, HIPAA, Privacy Act requirements, and medical surveillance programs Ability to obtain and maintain any background checks, clearances, and Limited Access Request approvals required to access FBI facilities, systems, or information Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent organizational and project-management abilities Advanced communication skills for interfacing with senior government officials, clinical leaders, and operational staff Data-driven mindset with experience using reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, BI platforms) Strong understanding of information security, privacy, and compliance obligations related to protected health information and federal systems
Responsibilities:
Lead all operational, clinical, and administrative aspects of a nationwide Patient Physician Network Ensure all exams are delivered on time, within contract requirements, and in full compliance with FBI security, privacy, and quality standards Coordinate closely with the FBI COR, contracting staff, and internal provider network teams Develop, implement, and maintain program policies, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance processes Build and oversee a nationwide PPN of clinics and mobile providers Monitor provider performance, address complaints, and implement corrective actions Oversee scheduling operations to meet timelines for various medical evaluations Ensure all service work orders are completed on time with complete documentation and QA review Lead monthly status meetings and provide required reporting Oversee accurate monthly invoicing by service location Resolve improper billing incidents quickly Coordinate with FBI technical points of contact on evolving exam requirements Lead internal and external communications during emergency surge requirements Oversee and perform in-person occupational health exams Ensure all exam components are completed using calibrated equipment and documented on FBI-specified forms Support implementation and oversight of specialized testing Ensure all PPN practitioners hold appropriate state licenses, board certifications, and credentials Establish and maintain clinical protocols consistent with various standards Oversee clinical quality assurance reviews of exam reports Ensure rapid notification and appropriate clinical response for critical findings
