Senior Associate Project Manager - D365 Managed Services

3+ years of project management/coordinator experience Full understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices Experience with IT implementation methodologies Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles Ability to allocate correct resources and monitor performance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-developed planning, organizational and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or CRM (preferred)

Support delivery of multiple concurrent Managed Services engagements Act as a key point of coordination between clients and delivery teams Transition projects from implementation team to MgS Create and maintain high-level project plans Communicate with clients throughout the project Ensure project team is aware of key deliverables and milestones Track time spent on billable and non-billable activities Proactively communicate and report status to stakeholders Effectively communicate and collaborate with technical project team members Employ project management leading practices
