Senior Project Manager (Managed Services)

7-10 years of experience in project/program management within healthcare operations or technology-enabled delivery environments. Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives that involve operational setup or transformation. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and organizational dynamics. Excellent communicator with strong executive presence and influencing skills. PMP or similar certification preferred. Jira experience.

Lead the implementation of a new service delivery model. Partner with client and internal leaders to define operating models, governance structures, and performance frameworks. Drive cross-functional execution, managing milestones, risks, and interdependencies. Establish reporting and governance cadences. Oversee the transition from implementation to steady-state operations and measure ongoing performance.
