Technical Operations Lead

4+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or information security Experience with technical audits and compliance (e.g. SOC 2) Experience with regulatory requirements Experience supporting and administering company-wide SaaS applications Strong understanding of security principles, including network security, identity and access management, and vulnerability management Experience using AWS (S3/CloudFront/IAM), Heroku, CircleCI, GitHub, Google Workspace (Nice to Have) Experience with full-stack software development or infrastructure-as-code (Nice to Have) Experience managing cloud platforms like AWS, Heroku or similar PaaS environments (Nice to Have) Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+ (Nice to Have)
