Maintain a deep understanding of Tava Health’s products and services and effectively communicate the value proposition to partners. Develop and execute growth strategies targeting payer organizations, health systems, and TPAs. Initiate and foster executive-level relationships at managed care organizations, health systems, and TPAs. Drive activations and expansions at partner organizations, with accountability for top-line bookings. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with Tava Health’s objectives and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Tava Health within the mental health industry. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.
