Network Operations Center Manager

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in network management At least 2 years in a leadership role Preference for knowledge of OpenNMS, LibreNMS, zabbix Preference for experience with Mikrotik and Siklu Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools Native English speaker or C2 level English proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities Experience managing remote teams and offshore resources Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Supervise and coordinate NOC team activities Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues Develop and maintain NOC standard operating procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards Stay updated on network management technologies Manage remote team members effectively
