Monitor and evaluate HCP performance with Medical Directors, maintain high clinical standards, and support quality improvement. Proactively identify operational risks and scaling challenges. Own HCP performance outputs (clinical quality, visit conversion, coverage, utilization, productivity). Develop reporting and insights on HCP performance with actionable recommendations. Build business cases for HCP-related investments and operational improvements. Identify performance variability and implement interventions to improve quality, conversion rates, and patient experience. Evaluate and evolve HCP remuneration models. Lead improvements to HCP billing and payment processes. Own HCP-facing AI and automation initiatives. Identify and prioritize AI-enabled opportunities to improve practitioner efficiency, clinical quality, and conversion outcomes. Represent clinical operations in AI development.
