Execute end-to-end test strategy for HRIS, payroll, benefits, talent, and data integration. Perform data reconciliation and validation for HR, payroll, and organizational data migrations. Lead system integration testing (SIT) across APIs, middleware, and interfaces. Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Security, and vendors for testing alignment. Manage defect and issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking. Design and validate change, cutover readiness, automation, regression, compliance, security, and analytics testing. Provide executive-level communication and risk reporting on test progress and metrics. Define and document test approach and delivery plans. Ensure test phases have entry/exit criteria and sign-off expectations. Monitor and report test phase status to stakeholders. Implement defect management and incident reporting procedures. Facilitate defect triage calls.
