Work 1-on-1 with church leaders to understand software usage and Flocknote utilization Clean, sort, and organize data from other systems for import into Flocknote Conduct product trainings and provide how-to guides Proactively assist churches with online giving enrollment documentation Provide excellent customer support via email and phone Build relationships with potential Flocknote users Communicate customer insights to improve tools and services Conduct product demos Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and assist in testing new features Contribute to the future direction of the company
