Data Migration Engineer (Remote Opportunity)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 2+ years of experience in data migration, data integration, or related technical role. Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, validation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with ETL tools, data mapping, and data transformation techniques. Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, cross-functional environment.

Support the migration of workforce management data across legacy and modern platforms. Assist with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot data quality issues and implement corrective actions. Document migration processes, workflows, and technical procedures. Monitor and validate data transfers, ensuring consistency between source and target systems. Participate in system cutovers, reconciliations, and post-migration validation activities. Provide technical support for ongoing data migration, integration, and reporting efforts. Contribute to meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
