Provide general legal guidance across business facets. Serve as primary internal legal advisor. Handle corporate matters including contracts and NDAs. Provide expertise on intellectual property. Develop internal legal learning sessions. Assess global regulatory requirements. Partner with COO to drive operational strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution. Implement operational efficiency initiatives. Oversee Payroll, AR, and AP processes. Partner with Security team on risk management. Stay abreast of trends in SaaS and Web3 operations.
