Director of Engineering

At least 10 years of experience leading engineering teams At least 5 years experience leading engineering efforts in a consulting-oriented organization Experience leading engineering efforts in a growth-stage environment or scaling an engineering organization Experience leading engineering efforts with a drive toward company growth Experience building the systems and developing the personnel to create a culture of innovation, curiosity, and excellence Prior experience delivering digital products or services for government agencies, public sector organizations, or other regulated environments (preferred) Familiarity with the unique challenges of large scale technology systems (legacy constraints, security, compliance, etc.) (preferred) Experience with a P&L line of business and an understanding of the process of selling services to clients (preferred) Demonstrated interest in emerging tech and how it can be applied to solve real-world problems (e.g. AI/ML, modern DevSecOps practices, open source tools in government) (preferred)
