5+ years of HR experience, ideally in EOR, PEO, or HRO environments. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment regulations across key APAC & MEA countries. Experience managing complex employee relations, M&A transitions, and workforce restructurings. Proficiency with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or Business (MBA/SHRM-SCP preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating across global teams.
