Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in any back-office roles. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediary skills). Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work autonomously once trained. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through oral, written, and in-person mediums. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and internal personnel.
Responsibilities:
Maintain merchant-facing purchase order trackers. Coordinate shipments with operations and transportation companies. Create compliant BOLs, packing slips, and shipping labels. Arrange dock appointments for outbound shipments. Provide documentation for retailer chargeback disputes. Submit error-free shipment notices to retailers. Monitor error reporting tools and troubleshoot defects. Follow SOPs for retailer routing and TMS management. Collaborate with on-site B2B leads to ensure shipment adherence. Build relationships with Implementation, Product, and Operations teams. Create paid request tickets and prepare manual billing invoices. Attend stand-up meetings to relay defects and drive operational excellence. Reconcile shipping documents with actual shipments.
