Requirements:
3+ years prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in SaaS, digital experiences, or an agency environment. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. Experience managing a book of accounts balancing competing priorities. Solid organizational and project-management habits.
Responsibilities:
Build strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders. Understand customer goals and workflows to guide them with Webflow's platform. Support account strategy by helping customers adopt features and best practices. Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers for onboarding and adoption. Run customer check-ins and business reviews. Collaborate with the Account team to support renewals. Provide customer insights back to the business.
