Requirements:
3+ years delivering customer-facing software implementations in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. OR 3+ years in internal audit, external audit, IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management with system implementation/configuration experience. Outgoing personality and ability to build strong client relationships. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment requiring constant learning and adaptability. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to connect at all organizational levels using diplomacy, influence, and negotiation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage own workload with limited oversight. Intermediate to expert Excel skills. Prior experience with AuditBoard is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep product knowledge to guide customers through implementation lifecycle. Gather and interpret customer requirements to configure the AuditBoard solution. Serve as project manager for implementation projects of varying sizes. Maintain project status and manage resources for timely deliverable completion.
