Requirements:
3+ years delivering customer-facing software implementations in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment, OR 3+ years experience in internal audit, external audit, IT audit, IT compliance, or risk management with system implementation/configuration experience. Outgoing personality and ability to build strong client relationships. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adaptable, and able to prioritize. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to connect at all organizational levels using diplomacy, influence, and negotiation. Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to manage own workload with limited oversight. Intermediate to expert Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep product knowledge and guide customers through implementation lifecycle. Gather and interpret customer requirements and configure the solution. Serve as a project manager for implementations. Maintain project status and manage resources for deliverables.
