Provide customer service deliverables including configuration, auditing, reconciliation, and reporting within the Planning and Performance solutions. Perform detailed reviews and deliver proactive recommendations on module configurations. Partner with customers to support and drive tool adoption and develop process workflows. Mentor junior team members and support their development. Develop service proposals for customer engagements. Support implementation and optimization projects as needed.
