Requirements:
J.D. and admitted to a state bar. Fully fluent in English. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the immigration field. Minimum of 3 years of program management and compliance, supervising, and managing in a legal context. Familiar with databases, including systems for qualitative and quantitative analysis. Minimum of 3 years of experience working closely with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Ability to occasionally travel to field office locations. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, etc.). Ability to work collaboratively and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment. Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Committed to practicing and supporting wellbeing and a work-home life balance. Experience working and communicating in a remote environment preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
Support systems-oriented delivery of high-quality services across KIND’s Global Legal Programs. Promote baseline protocols for service delivery and ongoing monitoring. Supervise, manage, coach, and mentor Performance and Planning team members. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive programmatic reports. Coordinate with Data and Program Technology team for data training. Collaborate with finance to develop and monitor spend-down reports. Review and edit regular reporting to key funders. Coordinate compliance monitoring, program assessment protocols, and tools. Partner with Strategic Performance and Evaluation teams for organizational standards. Support the development and delivery of key documentation and training for field offices. Identify risks and opportunities across multiple department projects. Review renewal funding proposals and own the development of annual fellowship proposals.
