Lead and align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Software, Marketing, Sales, Enablement, Training, etc. Drive the definition of launch objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Facilitate regular GTM meetings, managing timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation. Ensure consistent communication and alignment across internal stakeholders throughout the launch cycle. Identify potential risks or gaps in launch readiness and proactively develop mitigation plans. Ensure all customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary tools, collateral, and knowledge prior to launch. Drive post-launch reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve launch execution. Monitor post-launch performance against established success metrics.
