Proficient in leveraging ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with financial automation tools, billing systems, and workflow platforms. Strong command of cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and payment cycle management. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams. Skilled in resource planning, goal setting, and performance management. Strong ability to partner with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Legal, and Accounting. Exceptional analytical skills to assess financial performance and make data-driven decisions. Process-minded with a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present operational insights to executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial operations. 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or Revenue Operations. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Oracle. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
