Requirements:
Deep understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue Operations. Proven experience designing and managing scalable financial workflows. Proficient in leveraging ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with financial automation tools, billing systems, and workflow platforms. Strong command of cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and payment cycle management. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams. Skilled in resource planning, goal setting, and performance management. Strong ability to partner with internal teams including Sales, Procurement, Legal, and Accounting. Exceptional analytical skills to assess financial performance and make data-driven decisions. Process-minded with a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present operational insights to executive leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial operations. 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and/or Revenue Operations. Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Oracle. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Revenue Operations. Drive efficiency and accuracy across invoicing, collections, payment processing, and revenue workflows. Lead initiatives to streamline financial operations using ERP tools and automation. Manage and optimize financial systems for real-time visibility and robust reporting. Build, lead, and mentor a team of financial operations professionals. Serve as the key liaison between Finance and other departments. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit requirements. Optimize cash flow by improving collections, managing vendor payments, and maintaining liquidity. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the end-to-end vendor management process.
